The Eraser Method

The Eraser Method is a quick way to start “erasing” an unwanted thinking pattern.

It is a mini version of our full Self-Rewiring therapy, quicker and smaller. The effects are cumulative, getting stronger with repeated use.

Use it to begin weakening an unwanted thought, feeling, or desire.

Perform it
